Squidoo has developed into a much too valuable of a tool of internet marketers to quietly disappear. I won’t be one to jump and run based on this action. I expect that Squidoo lenses will re-emerge in the top of the Google searches within a relatively short period of time. In fact many Squidoo lenses didn’t even feel the effects of the Google slap.

I’m too new to Squidoo to recognize any effects from the Google slap. The data doesn’t exist, yet. But, after reading the opinions of other marketers who are actively using Squidoo, their lenses were effected to varying degrees.

Don’t overreact to this activity. It appears to be just a minor temporary challenge.
